Treachery Bullets in Tindouf: Polisario Militias Spread Terror After Three Recruits Flee to Morocco

The Tindouf camps, particularly in the Laayoune area, witnessed new scenes of armed violence on Friday evening, when separatist Polisario Front militias opened random fire in the Guelta and Boukraâ regions, following direct orders from their leaders.
According to reliable sources, this bloody attack was no accident; it was a vengeful reaction to the successful escape of three young recruits from the grip of the militias, who managed to return to their homeland, the Kingdom of Morocco.
In this context, Polisario elements deliberately spread fear among the population, seeking to impose an atmosphere of terror and intimidation to prevent any further attempts to escape from the hellish conditions of the camps.
Local reports confirmed that one civilian was injured by two bullets during the attack, sparking violent clashes between the angry residents and the armed militias.
While fear gripped the camps, the Polisario militias, who falsely claim to defend the residents’ rights, merely stood by, failing to intervene to protect civilians or to contain the escalation of violence.
Sources further stressed that this incident is yet another episode in a long series of serious crimes and violations committed by the separatist group against the detainees, particularly those who dare to demand their freedom or express their desire to return to their homeland.
They also called on the international community to act urgently, holding the United Nations and human rights organizations responsible for launching a transparent and thorough investigation into these ongoing violations and bringing those responsible to justice.
These tragic events once again highlight that the only real hope for the people trapped in the Tindouf camps to live with dignity and freedom is by returning to their homeland, Morocco, far from the oppression of militias and the brutality of armed gangs.
