Sheikh Ali Ben Hadj and His Son Abdul Fattah

After being presented yesterday evening, Wednesday, August 28, Sheikh “Ali Ben Hadj,” the Vice President of the Islamic Salvation Front, and his son “Abdul Fattah” were brought before the prosecutor of Hussein Dey. Then, they were referred to the investigating judge, who ordered Sheikh Ali Ben Hadj to be placed under judicial supervision and his son Abdul Fattah Ben Hadj to be placed in temporary detention.

• Participating in praising terrorist acts.

Judicial supervision includes:

• Refraining from seeing people who do not reside with him unless authorized by the investigating judge.
• Being prohibited from delivering sermons in any form, including on media platforms and social media.
