Minister Abdallah Maïga sharply criticizes the Algerian system before the United Nations General Assembly

In his speech at the United Nations General Assembly, the Malian representative, Minister Abdoulaye Maïga, sharply criticized the military regime, stating:

“Algeria must respect Mali, especially after Mali supported it during the War of Independence. If they do not respect this support and the shared geography between the peoples, they should understand that Mali is not a province of Algeria.”

These words highlight the depth of the crisis between the two countries and expose the increasing interference of the Algerian military regime in the affairs of its neighbors, who have come to recognize the insidious nature of this regime and its threat to stability in North Africa and the Sahel region.

It’s a powerful blow from Mali to the face of the Algerian military regime, which only understands the language of force.

All respect to the Malian representative for his courage in exposing and denouncing the Algerian regime before the world, a regime that has tarnished the country’s image.
